HOW DO I ACCESS THE SESSIONS ON EACH OF THE 6 DAYS?

We will send an email each day with a link to that day’s sessions. All of the sessions for each day will be available to watch for 24 hours, beginning at 7:00 am Eastern Time (US) that day. (If you do not see your email with the access link, be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders.)

IS IT REALLY FREE?

Yes, each day of the 6-day experience is free to access for 24 hours. You may also purchase Lifetime Access, to view all sessions at your convenience.

HOW DO I PURCHASE LIFETIME ACCESS?

You can purchase Lifetime Access, along with transcripts for each session here.

DO I NEED TO WATCH EACH SESSION AT A PARTICULAR TIME?

No, you can watch at your own pace. Every day will be available for viewing for 24 hours.

HOW LONG CAN I WATCH THE 6-DAY EXPERIENCE?

Each of the sessions during the 6-Day experience is available to watch for 24 hours. Just use the link from that day’s email to access the day’s sessions.

DO I NEED ZOOM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE?

Only if you want to participate in the Q&A during the daily Faculty Dialogue Sessions.

IS THERE A DIFFERENT LINK/PROCESS IF I HAVE PURCHASED LIFETIME ACCESS?

Beginning on January 25, the final day of the Experience, you can access your Nervous System Reboot Lifetime Access here.

I PURCHASED THE LIFETIME ACCESS UPGRADE PACKAGE. WHERE DO I GO FOR MY LIFETIME ACCESS TO VIDEOS, TRANSCRIPTS AND AUDIO DOWNLOADS, AS WELL AS BONUSES?
Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email with your login information for the Heart Mind Institute online library, where you will access all of your upgrade package bonuses. Your bonus summits and courses are immediately available and your Lifetime Access to the Nervous System Reboot will be delivered there to your library account on January 25, the final day of the live experience.

CLOSED CAPTIONS

If you would like to enable Closed Captions during the live experience, please click the CC button in the Lower Right Corner of the playback window. English and auto-translated subtitles (closed captioning - CC) available via YouTube settings for all summit videos. There are no Closed Captions in the Lifetime Access Package, but there are downloadable transcripts for each session.
